Sussex Squire Milo’s Chase Rose 2021

Description

The ‘Milo’s Chase Rose is made from early picked Cabernet Sauvignon from the Polish Hill River region in the Clare Valley. It  is a project driven by Skye to produce a Rose in our portfolio and the 2021 vintage presented an opportunity to produce one in a vintage that was mild and produced elegant fruit.  The Rose is a dry  light bodied wine that displays flavours of  light red fruit, cranberries , Turkish delight with a clean finish.  Served chilled it is a a crisp and beautifully balanced wine to sip casually on a hot summers day or pair brilliantly with Mediterranean flavours like olives, anchovies, garlic and bruschetta or bigger dishes like savoury pasta, chicken or Salmon
