About these Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean SPR Group Pty Ltd Trading as” “Sussex Squire Wines ” – ABN:69 155 237 817 of 293 Spring Gully Road, Gillentown South Australia. 5453 and “you” and “your” means you the customer.
These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event.

“WARNING Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $8000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or received liquor. (Penalty exceeds $700)
Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you can not place orders with Sussex Squire Wines
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Placing Your Order
You may place your order by filling in the order form on this website and we only accept orders from Australia and can only be delivered in Australia.
When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. We will do this by email.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered.
If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Sussex Squire Wines reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Payment Methods and Processing
Sussex Squire Wines accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Pay Pal payments.
Wines are priced in Australian Dollars $AUD, and Payments are only proceed in Australian Dollars $AUD
Payments can also be made by direct deposit to our bank account. Orders paid for by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Please ensure that you include the order/ invoice number in the transaction description.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
We process credit card payments after you click the “Submit My Order” button.
For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
USE OF MEMBERS DISCOUNT COUPON – The Poacher’s or Squire Club discounts offered via our coupon card are only eligible for orders over $250 and also entitles your order to FREE FREIGHT. The orders size would usually require a dozen wines to be purchased for the discount to register, or a 6 pack of the JRS. Your order will not receive FREE FREIGHT should the discounted order price fall below the minimum standard FREE Freight requirement of $140 for a limited time until 30th April 2020.
GST
All prices quoted are in $AUD (Australian Dollars) on this website are inclusive of GST except for items that are exempt from GST.
Supply of Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your order confirmation.
When your order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.
Freight
All orders will be delivered by Wine Delivery Australia where possible, should another carrier be required then an additional cost maybe charged. The cost of delivery does not cover insurance of all wine and insurance cover if requested may add an additional charge. Any orders over $300 will be freight free to our designated free freight locations in Australia metro areas as outlined below.
Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Hobart, Darwin and most larger regional centres. Remote or smaller regional areas may incur an additional cost.
We do not ship internationally.
Refund Policy
Returns
Wines maybe returned due to wine fault or damage.
Refunds
Any price refunds will be effected within 30 days after Sussex Squire Wines has been notified of the reason, conditional upon any returned wine in original saleable condition.
Breakages
If a case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, Sussex Squire Wines will issue a credit or send replacement bottles if the buyer so notifies Sussex Squire Wines within 24 hours of the goods being delivered.
Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery. Risk also passes to the buyer should they request an authority to leave (ATL) the wine delivery without signature in a safe place on their property.
Delivery Charges
Shipping is calculated within the shopping cart function. FREE FREIGHT is offered on orders over $140 after discounts have been applied. Sussex Squire Wines reserves the right to change prices for delivery at any time.
Delivery Times
All orders on this website are processed within 48-72 hours. If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by Sussex Squire Wines.
HEAT RULE – We will delay delivery of wine during high heat periods where temperatures are above 32C for 3 days or more.
Orders will be shipped to you by Wine Delivery Australia or Australia Post (which may incur an additional charge) depending on your location to ensure the most effective delivery to you.
Products Damaged in Transit
All orders are delivered by Australia Post or Wine Delivery Australia. Any wine damaged in transit maybe covered by insurance which if you paid for freight maybe included in your delivery charges.
Faulty Products
Sussex Squire Wines is proud to offer our customers quality wines. We will endeavour to supply you with our wines you have ordered in good condition. Our wines are not filtered and unfined so there will be instances that there will be sediment in the bottle. We do no the class this as a fault.
Limitation of Liability
Information on this website is provided ‘as is’ and we disclaim all representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied of any kind, including to the extent permitted by law, as to satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (“Act”), where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability in Sussex Squire Wines for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at the option Sussex Squire Wines, to the replacement of the wines(s) or the re-supply of the wine(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the Wine(s).
Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.
Sussex Squire Wines reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.
Force Majeure
Sussex Squire Wines shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Sussex Squire Wines, and Sussex Squire Wines shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
